Who would prefer a NFL subdivision, with promotion for developing counties and all in a Race for Sam (play Prov Championships separately, if you must):
1) Create two Conferences - Northwest 16 (Uls, Conn, Lond, Louth) and Southeast 16 (the Rest).
2) Each Conference forms 4 NFL divisions of 4 teams in Divs 1, 2, 3, 4.
3) All 4 Divs 2 and 3 teams play 12 games (v 3 of 4 in each Div in own Conference).
4) All 4 Divs 1 and 4 teams also play 3 of 4 in own Div in both Conferences (also total 12 games).
5) 6 winners Divs 2, 3, 4 go up - 6 4ths Divs 1, 2, 3 go down.
6) Race for Sam KO 16 - 8 Div winners and 8 Wild Cards from Other 24.

Does this produce a nice blend of NFL position and AIC opportunity.

I agree with could call it the Bank Of Ireland GPA Series, have the GPA get 20% of the revenue from all Gate Receipts to fund their bid for the dissolution of clubs across the country.
