Aidan O'Shea was a fantastic minor as well - need I say more?

Replying To sam1884:  "Football is not dead; we are just watching the best team ever play the game. The fact it is not Kerry; does not mean it is a bad thing for the GAA . Dublin went 16 years without winning Sam, the dominance will stop at some stage. I would imagine training is going to be very intense over the winter; down in Kerry. A successful Dublin team is good for the GAA as it ensures the sport gets increased national coverage. If as I expect they win the 5; this will be marketing gold for the GAA."
gaa threw money at the dubs and this is the result..

There has NEVER been a minor like Clifford.

Aidan was a fine minor but didn't score 4-4 from play in a final.

Aidan is doing alright too.

Whatever the reasons; they have the best group of players to ever play the game. They have left Leinster in their wake and are now doing the same to the rest of the country. Eventually they will stop winning All Irelands every year. Sadly for Leinster GAA though, I cannot see another county winning a Leinster Championship for at least the next 20 years. Dublin might have the finance but they are also doing things right; and putting structures in place. The GAA have been smart as they were in danger of losing the urban area of Dublin to Rugby with the success of Leinster. We should enjoy this great team; they are an asset to the GAA and will help bring in revenue.

Lots preserve us from utter stupidty in all its many, many forms.

The DUP will nominate Ireland's next Taoiseach before that county ever outstrips the Kingdom

AOS was one of Mayo's best players this year, and dug us out of several holes (against Donegal in the league, Derry and Cork in the qualifiers, and against Kerry in the semi-final replay). He seems to me to be an easy target for a lot of people.
