I think once you get three black cards, you can appeal. Also the black card suspension cannot apply to the All-Ireland final, next league match instead. The Semi-final mantra will be "as long as there is no chance of a replay, pull away if required".

These no longer apply as players can't miss the final even if they pick up cards in the semi-final

If either semi goes to a replay a player would miss the replay. Otherwise it's the first league game.
