Fermanagh's goalkeeper Christopher Snow points at Aidan O'Shea of Mayo as referee Joe McQuillan awards a penalty

Fermanagh goalkeeper Chris Snow has warned not to take St Mary's for granted in the next round of the McKenna Cup.

The sides meet on Sunday next in Brewster Park (2pm) and following their defeat to Monaghan last weekend, Fermanagh will be keen to pick up their first competitive win of the year.

However, Snow states in the Fermanagh Herald that the college side have had some decent results in this competition over the years, including an opening round win over Antrim last Sunday.

"We'll go looking to win against St Mary's and Antrim and see where that takes us. We'll not look any further ahead than that, but it would be nice to get the extra game and the better preparation for the league," said Snow.

"St Mary's have had a good result and they have a tight knit squad and are always well drilled under Paddy Tally.

"They'll not be easy to beat so we'll have to knuckle down this week and prepare well for them."
