Fermanagh manager Rory Gallagher is planning without Seamus Quigley for the coming season.

The absence of the Roslea forward, who was Fermanagh's leading scorer last season, is a big blow to the Erne County who reached their first Ulster SFC final in a decade and gained promotion from Division 3 of the Allianz League in 2018.

“Seamus is no longer part of the panel,” Gallagher confirmed to the Irish News without elaborating on why he had opted out.

Another forward, Tomas Corrigan, is gone travelling, but is expected to return for the latter stages of the Allianz League.
