Our adult footballers traveled to Ballintra on Sunday past to take on Naomh Brid in their second game of the Yes Chef Catering Region 1 Football League where they claimed victory. This weekend they are at home to McCools on Sunday at 1.30pm. 

The senior footballers get their season off to a start with a home game against Muff on Saturday evening at 6.30pm. 

All support welcome for both games. 

 

The senior hurlers traveled to Omagh on Friday evening to take on St. Enda’s in their second game of the league. This was another great experience for the team with the hosts taking the victory. 

 

Thanks to all the club members who helped out with the home-baking and catering at the recent Blood Brothers show at the Clubroom. 

 

Underage ladies football training continues every Friday night from 7-8pm at the Aura. All players who played underage last year welcome. €3 per session. New players very welcome too.

 

Camogie training will resume at the pitch this Friday evening at 6.15pm and continue during the summer months. New members are always welcome.

 

Well done to the U-14 hurlers who defeated Four Masters in the league last Thursday evening. This week they welcome Setanta to Páirc na nGael. Underage hurling training for U-6, U-8, U-10 and U-12 continues outdoors at Páirc na nGael every Thursday evening from 6.30-7.30pm. All welcome. Hurls and helmets can be borrowed.

 

Páirc na nGael was a hive of activity last Monday night with both our U12 and U14 footballers in action against Glenfin and Robert Emmetts/Lifford respectively. Under 6, 8 and 10 Underage football training continues every Sunday at Páirc na nGael at 11am. New children are welcome to join. Michael Murphy Sports & Leisure in Letterkenny are currently stocking Club gear which includes replica jerseys, training tops, jackets, bobble hats, scarfs etc.

 

Bingo continues every Monday in the Arena 7. The Jackpot stands at €9100.
