McKinley: players in a confident mood

November 24, 2017

Naomh Colmcille manager Ryan McKinley is adamant that his players will not be overwhelmed by Saturday night's Ulster club JFC final.

The Donegal champions take on their Fermanagh counterparts Belnaleck at Healy Park, Omagh tomorrow night in what will be the biggest game in their history.

And McKinley stressed to the Donegal Democrat that preparations for the game have gone really well and added that the mood in the camp was a confident one.

"That's the way it was for the semi-final against Tattyreagh. In fact, it's been like that since we played in the quarterfinal in Donegal. Our players don't mind that. If anything, the players thrive on it," said McKinley.

"We know it's going to be a difficult test again. We know we have to play well and it's going to be another massive battle to get over the line."
