Coleraine and Lavey will contest the Derry SFC final after overcoming Ballinascreen and Glen in yesterday's semi-final double-header at Owenbeg.

Conquerors of reigning county and Ulster champions Slaughtneil in midweek, Coleraine continued their winning ways with a decisive 1-11 to 0-9 victory over Ballinascreen. The 2010 winners showed no signs of fatigue from their replay win over Slaughtneil and never looked back after Niall Holly scored a fortuitous goal in the 22nd minute.

In the other semi-final, second half goals from Eamon McGill and Declan Hughes propelled Lavey to their first county final appearance in 20 years.

Leading by 0-7 to 0-3 at the interval, the Erin's Own kicked on in the second half to run out 2-11 to 1-6 winners. Lavey's last SFC success came 25 years ago when the final wasn't played until St Stephen's Day after the championship was held up by Derry's All-Ireland triumph.
