Has this ever happened before?

Next Saturday's Westmeath GAA convention in Tyrrellspass will see two men from the same club elevated to the top positions on the county board. Billy Foley and Pat Reilly from Brownstown will be elected chairman and secretary respectively unopposed, replacing the outgoing Sean Sheridan (Tyrrellspass) and James Savage (Crookedwood), who are stepping down under the five-year rule.
Reilly was expected to face opposition from Alan McCormack, but the Kilbeggan Shamrocks clubman has opted to run for assistant secretary instead.

Incidentally, neither Foley nor Reilly are 'true blue' Brownstown men, with former county hurling board chairman Foley being a native of Kerry and Reilly hailing from nearby Collinstown, where he hurled with Lough Lene Gaels for many years.
