A great football star with St Pat's who was renowned for a wonderful side step as a forward and an unerring eye for the net. Unfortunately, he never had the distinction of winning on a championship team. His brother E.T. won a Junior B Football Championship medal in 1975. Seamus' son John played with the club and E.T.'s sons also played. Philomena Carey played camogie with St Pat's.
