Nee Roche, Mary was in her 99th year and a member of an old Ballinlough GAA family. Her late brother Jim Roche was a past player and President of the club. Her late son-in-law, Seamus Cahill also played and remained heavily involved in club affairs. Mary's son Tom Brady was an outstanding club player in the seventies and eighties. Tom presently serves at committee level while his wife Noreen has recently acted as club secretary.
