Predeceased by her son Paddy who played at all levels of football for Skryne. Johanna presented the Paddy Browne Memorial Trophy to the Skryne 'Player of the Year' each year since 1999. She was honoured that the first recipient of the award was Trevor Giles. Her other sons Christy, Gerry, Martin and Declan represented the Blues at all levels and Declan proudly captained Skryne to victory in the SFC Final over Seneschalstown in 1992.
