It was with great sadness that we heard the news of the death of Mary Bellew. Mary, who was involved in a number of associations within the parish, was a very popular lady and testament to her was the crowds that attended her funeral. At the time of her passsing Mary was an honourary president of our club . Mary attended all of our club functions and would often be seen at our games cheering on her son or grandsons wearing the green and gold of Castletown. Her late husband Paul served Castletown in numerous official roles and was chairman of the club for many years. Mary's presence is sorely missed. A dheis De go raibh a ainm.
