Arabian Celts hosted a successful round of the Middle East League in the Bahrain GAA Festival

Limerick man Ciaran Hayes has only been living in Bahrain for a few months but already he is part of the Arabian Celts club family.

The Celts celebrated their 10th anniversary this week by hosting a successful round of the Middle East League in the Bahrain GAA Festival, where Hayes was on one of the winning teams.

"The club is legendary all over the Middle East," says Hayes. "One lad from Tyrone was only here a day and we had him at training."

Honorary President of the club James Kennedy and other club players and coaches - Jason McNamara, Eddie Deegan and American Callie Bushmiller - all feature in this official GAA.ie report.
