Davy Fitzgerald has added Clare All-Ireland winner Brendan Bugler to his Wexford backroom team.
Last night’s County Board meeting formally ratified Fitzgerald’s reappointment as senior hurling manager for two years as well as his selectors, JJ Doyle, Keith Rossiter, Seoirse Bulfin and Bugler.
The two-time All-Star – who was a key figure when Fitzgerald guided his native county to All-Ireland success in 2013 – replaces Stephen Molumphy in the Model County set-up.
