Westmeath club games to be all ticket

Westmeath is the latest county to confirm that their club championship games will be all ticket.

With outdoor attendances limited at 500 from July 20 onwards, Westmeath have following advice from Croke Park decided that attendance restrictions will apply to all club championship fixtures.

The figure of 500 includes the two participating teams, backroom management, all personnel working at the venue and spectators.

Clubs will get 35 free tickets to allow for players and officials. Clubs can also purchase tickets in advance before they go on general sale through the Westmeath website, Supervalu and Centra.

Cavan have already announced a deal with a ticket website and it is likely all counties will have to follow suit.
