The three-game Cork SFC semi-final saga between Duhallow and Castlehaven finally produced a winner at Pairc Ui Rinn tonight.

Goals from recently-retired county star Donnacha O'Connor, Jerry O'Connor and Seamus Hickey proved decisive as the north Cork divisional side progressed to a final meeting with St Finbarr's.

Donnacha O'Connor netted an early penalty before Hickey punished a defensive error to add a second goal and send the winners into the break with a 2-7 to 0-7 lead.

Duhallow tightened their grip on proceedings shortly after the restart when Jerry O'Connor raced through to raise their third green flag. 

Despite top-scoring with 0-8 (0-7 from frees), Mark Collins couldn't save 'Haven from a gut-wrenching defeat.
