Work commitments has forced former Kerry captain Johnny Buckley to put his inter-county career on hold.
The Irish Independent reports that last year's captain is not expected to be involved with the Kingdom this summer as he intends to channel all his energy into his family's Killarney-based bus company.
A championship debutant in 2012, the Dr Crokes clubman lined out at centre-forward in the 2014 2-9 to 0-12 All-Ireland SFC final success over Donegal.
