Billy Morgan has tipped Kerry legend Tomás Ó Sé to manage Cork in the future.

Ó Sé has been living and working in Cork city for the past number of years and was part of the Nemo Rangers team that reached the All-Ireland club SFC final last month, only to lose heavily to Corofin.

Ó Sé announced his retirement after the defeat and Morgan - who teamed up with the five-time All-Ireland winner to manage UCC's Sigerson Cup team last year - views him as future inter-county management material.

"I'd be hoping he'd manage Cork! I don't know, he is living and teaching in Cork and I don't see him moving out or moving back, but he would definitely be up to manage inter-county, the former Cork All-Ireland winning manager and captain said.

"I doubt it, but you never know. If his son comes up and in seven or eight years' time, his son is on the team, you never know."
