If there is any untapped talent on the horizon, they should be invited into the panel and see if they are made of the right stuff, if they are interested and good enough I would hope they would get their chance to prove themselves.

That is exactly what divisional teams for ( see my other post) to play fellows at a higher level than ordinary club level and let Mr Hyland see what talent is available
