Senior Championship 2017

 

Good luck to our Senior Squad as they open their championship season with a first round match against Lacken this Fri. 28th July at 8p.m. in Kingspan Breffni. Ná laga Día íad. Well done also to the Reserve Squad who recorded a good win over Crosserlough.

 

Sympathy

 

Cavan Gaels extends GAA extends deepest sympathy to the O'Keeffe family on the recent passing of Dennis. We also extend our sympathy to the Mulhall family, Athy, Co.Kildare, on the death of Cathal, brother of Donnchadh Mulhall. R.I.P.

 

Comhghairdeas

Congrats and well done to senior player Ciaran Flynn who won €1000  for the club in the 'Counting on you' free taking challenge which was held in Gowna GAA last Saturday as part of a fundraiser organised by  KBG Accounting  for Pieta House. Well done also to Laura Lynch who scored well in the Ladies section to finish in sixth place.

Summer Camps

Bingo

 

Bingo will continue  this Fri. 28th July June in the Ozanam Centre at 9p.m.with a  prize fund of  €2170 to be won. Thanks to all our loyal bingo patrons for their continued support.

Cavan Gaels Juveniles

 

Our Saturday morning training in Terry Coyle Park continues for Tornadoes up to U12 boys and Girls. With the juvenile season now underway all age grades are back training. For any info or queries please contact John Fortune at 0876196002. 

 

Camogie

 

 Juvenile Camogie continues every Wednesday in Terry Coyle. New members are very welcome. Please contact Mary at 0877532979.

 

 

 

Circuit Training

 

Circuit Training for all ages and fitness  levels, male and female, takes place on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30 p.m. and every Saturday morning at 11 a.m. in the new clubrooms. All welcome.

Our club merchandise is  available locally at The Sports Shop on Main St. with a wide selection in stock. Joma and O'Neills Sportwear (from U10 to Adult) are now available.
