U17 Girls

Well done to our U17 Girls who defeated Bailieborough by 4-9 to 0-8 in the Championship Semi Final on Sunday last in Ballyconnell. Best of luck to the ladies and their management team who take on Knockbride in the Championship Final at 1pm in Butlersbridge this Sunday November 18.

U20s

Well done to Naomh Brid U20's(Belturbet, Redhills & Drumalee) on their 0-13 to 2-6 victory over West Cavan Gaels on Sunday last in Corlough. Naomh Brid take on Killygarry this Saturday November 17 at 8pm in Round 3 of the Championship in the 3G Pitch, Kingspan Breffni. 

Player Development Programme

Nevin 

O'Donnell is running a player development programme for players born in 2005, covering Athletic Development Warm Up(intro to Squat, Lunge etc), running technique and skills. Any coaches from our club who would like to observe the session are more than welcome.

 

The course  is taking place in Drumlane from 6pm-7pm for the next four Wednesday evenings.

U7s

Our U7's finished up training for the year last Saturday and the club would like to express a huge thank you to Mickey Lawlor and all of the coaches who helped out in any capacity and especially all the kids and parents for their commitment throughout the 

year.

McCaugheys Fuels Kit for Clubs

Belturbet GFC are running with this initiative for the Juvenile Clubs with McCaughey Fuels of Clones. Please help to spread the word to family, friends and neighbours and help us get kit and gear for our underage. With Each Heating Oil Delivery the club will receive 1 token. More details are contained in the posters on club facebook and twitter accounts. There is a box in Gala in town to leave tokens in  and they can also be given to club members.

Club Membership 

Many thanks to all who have paid their Membership and to those who are on Direct Debit, it is badly needed and much appreciated as it is going directly into the account for the much needed re-development of our club grounds which are well completed at this stage and which will be fully completed in 2019.  Many thanks for your continued strong and loyal support for our club. Family Membership in Club Belturbet is €300 for the year or €240 for the year for an individual membership in Club Belturbet. This will entitle members to free entry into all Belturbet games at underage and senior level as well as having their name entered into the weekly club lotto draw. If any member wishes to purchase the regular membership the fee for the year is €50. Membership fees for 2018 can be returned  to our club chairman Mark Lawlor, Secretary Paul O'Reilly, Treasurer Alan Traynor or indeed any of the club committee.
