Injury has ruled Ciaran Hyland out of the Wicklow team for tomorrow's All-Ireland SFC qualifier clash against Cavan in Aughrim.

The veteran Arklow Geraldines-Ballymoney defender will play no part in the Joule Park fixture as Rathnew's Paul Merrigan fills the void left by the former All-Star nominee in the full-back line.

It's the only change to the side that lined out in the 4-25 to 1-11 defeat at the hands of Dublin in the Leinster quarter-final two weeks ago.

Wicklow (All-Ireland SFC v Cavan): Mark Jackson; Eoin Murtagh, Ross O'Brien, Paul Merrigan; John Crowe, Dean Healy, Saoirse Kearon; Rory Finn, James Stafford; Theo Smyth, Kevin Murphy, Darren Hayden; Sean Furlong, John McGrath, Mark Kenny.

Subs: Robert Lambert, Brendan Kennedy, Cathal Magee, Pat Burke, Padraig O'Toole, Conor Ffrench, Jamie Snell, Dara Fitzgerald, PJ O'Keeffe, Dan Keane, Chris Heaslip.
