Well done to our Seniors who picked up a 3-12 to 3-11 win away to Shercock on Sunday last in O'Hagan Park. Cian Vaughan(C), Luke Smith, Stuart Dunne, Peter Shannon, Shane Fitzpatrick, Kevin McConnell, John Cahill(1-0), Damien O'Reilly, Fionan O'Reilly, Niall O'Reilly, Cormac Donohoe(0-1), Conal McGinley, Enda Henry(0-9 7f), Brendan Fitzpatrick(1-1), Conor Vaughan(1-0). Subs: Brendan Vesey, James McCaffrey. Our Seniors take on Butlersbridge in a Derby clash this Friday June 25 at 8pm in Ballyconnell.
Senior Ladies
Well done to our Senior Ladies on their 3-12 to 3-10 win over Castlerahan-Denn in Round 2 of the Division 2 League on Friday evening last in Ballyconnell. Our Senior Ladies are back in action this evening when they travel to Bunnoe to take on St.Finbarr's at 7.30 p.m.
Reserves
Our Reserves were awarded a walkover win against Drumlane last weekend. Our Reserves are due to face Shannon Gaels in the final Reserve group game this Saturday May 26 in Ballyconnell. Keep and eye on social media for any changes.
U13s
Our U13s lost by 9-19 to 3-5 to Laragh United in the Division 2 League in PJ Duke Park, Stradone on Tuesday May 15 and suffered a 12-14 to 4-14 loss to St.Joseph's in Packie Devlin Park yesterday evening.
McCaugheys Fuels Kit for Clubs
Belturbet GFC are running with this initiative for the Juvenile Clubs with McCaughey Fuels of Clones. Please help to spread the word to family, friends and neighbours and help us get kit and gear for our underage. With Each Heating Oil Delivery the club will receive 1 token. More details are contained in the posters on club facebook and twitter accounts. There is a box in Gala in town to leave tokens in and they can also be given to club members.
Club Membership
Many thanks to all who have paid their Membership and to those who are on Direct Debit, it is badly needed and much appreciated as it is going directly into the account for the much needed re-development of our club grounds which are underway at present. Many thanks for your continued strong and loyal support for our club. Family Membership in Club Belturbet is €300 for the year or €240 for the year for an individual membership in Club Belturbet. This will entitle members to free entry into all Belturbet games at underage and senior level as well as having their name entered into the weekly club lotto draw. If any member wishes to purchase the regular membership the fee for the year is €50. Membership fees for 2018 can be returned to our club chairman Mark Lawlor, Secretary Paul O'Reilly, Treasurer Alan Traynor or indeed any of the club committee.
