Team news: just the one alteration for Carlow

The Carlow team to face Westmeath in the fifth round of the Joe McDonagh at Netwatch Cullen Park today shows one change from that which defeated Laois last weekend.
Richard Coady replaces David English at centre back for a game the Barrowsiders must win or draw if they're to join Michael Ryan's charges in the final at Croke Park on July 1.
