Limerick minor and senior camogie player Laura Stack is celebrating one of the best Leaving Certificate results in the country.

The star pupil from Dromcollogher was one of 13 students who achieved a maximum 800 points, or eight H1s, in her state exams.

The high-achieving Hazelwood College student has represented the Treaty County in both minor and senior camogie and ladies football, and has already played in two All-Ireland finals with Milford and Dromcollogher-Broadford.

Not bad going for the 18-year-old who we'll no doubt be hearing more about in the future.
