Mickey Harte wasn't surprised by the outcome of Saturday's All-Ireland SFC quarter-final between Tyrone and Armagh.

"You have to look at the reality of it," the Tyrone manager said after his side's 18-point victory.

"They played their football in Division 3 and we played our football in Division 1; we would expect to be ahead of them. We did expect to win the game; we did expect to win it with something to spare. That's the truth of the matter."

Harte admitted that Tyrone weren't at their best in the early stages.

"We stumbled into that early lead. We didn't play with poise or real quality, we just picked off some good scores," he added.
