Tipperary may lay claim to the longest-serving club player in the GAA...

Clonoulty-Rossmore GAA is the home of the remarkable Richard Dick Martin who is in his 49th playing season with the West Tipp outfit.

62-year-old Richard togs out for the club's junior B side with their most recent outing being a 5-12 to 2-3 victory over Lattin-Cullen in the championship.

A great Clonoulty-Rossmore GAA stalwart, Richard is also a caretaker of the local GAA grounds.

What a milestone it would be for Richard and Clonoulty-Rossmore if he continues to play next year!
