Darren Mullen replaces Conor Doheny in the only change to the Kilkenny team for tonight's Leinster U21HC final versus Wexford at Nowlan Park.

Mullen, an older brother of Adrian, who captained the Cats to Leinster minor glory on Sunday, comes in for Doheny at wing-back from the side that overcame Westmeath in the semi-final in Mullingar two weeks ago.

With Alan Murphy (1-8) and John Donnelly, who was man-of-the match, pulling the strings in attack, Eddie Brennan's side powered to a 1-21 to 1-11 victory to avenge their defeat by the same opposition in 2016.

Kilkenny are aiming to win their first provincial title at this level since 2012 having been beaten by Wexford in their previous two final appearances in 2013 and 2015.

Kilkenny (Leinster U21HC final v Wexford): Darren Brennan; Michael Cody, Conor Delaney, James Burke; Darren Mullen, Jason Cleere, Tommy Walsh; Luke Scanlon, Pat Lyng; Alan Murphy, John Donnelly, Sean Morrissey; Shane Walsh, Liam Blanchfield, Billy Ryan.

Subs: Liam Dunphy, Ryan Bergin, John Walsh, Niall McMahon, Kevin Crowley, Eoin Kenny, Richie Leahy, Conor Hennessy, James Bergin.
