Team news: Lake men make eleven changes

Westmeath have made eleven changes for their O'Byrne Cup clash against Carlow tonight (throw-in 7.30pm).

Following Sunday's opening round loss to Louth in Mullingar, manager Tom Cribbin shakes up his first fifteen for the trip to Netwatch Cullen Park, with starts going to Darren Quinn in goal and John Rock and Jordan Marshment in defence.

Cribbin also hands berths to Alan Gaughan and Dean McNicholas in a new-look midfield, while David Lynch, Denis Glennon, John Egan, Luke Loughlin, Tommy McDaniel and Ger Egan line out in a entirely different attack from the last day.

David Bryan, Alan Stone, Callum McCormack, Kieran Martin, Killian Daly, Kelvin Reilly, Shane Corcoran and Shane Dempsey move to the bench. The other three to make way are John Heslin, Cormac Boyle and Francis Boyle.
