Kilmurry/Ibrickane stalwart Aidan Moloney is ready to renew acquaintances with Kerry kingpins Dr Crokes on Sunday.

The sides meet in Quilty in the Munster club SFC quarterfinal at 1pm and they are very familiar with each other having met twice in the same campaign in the last five years.

Having defeated Cratloe comfortably in last Sunday's county SFC final replay, Kilmurry/Ibrickane now turn their attention to the provincial campaign which they won in 2004 and 2009.

Both games have been close and the Clare champions will feel that they should have won in 2012 when only a point separated the sides.

And Moloney told the Clare Champion that they are ready for the latest instalment between the sides.

"We have a small bit of history with Dr Crokes over a few years," said Moloney. "We'd be hoping to give a good account of ourselves.

"I think we have the players to be able to match these teams. We won't let the county down. We will go out and give it the respect it's due. We're anxious to do well in Munster if we can."
