While weather conditions are set to be a good deal better than they were for the drawn All-Ireland SFC final two weeks ago, this evening's replay may not escape rain according to Met Éireann.

Scattered showers, especially in the east and south east, are in the forecast, so spectators would be well advised to bring rain gear. It will also be rather chilly, with top temperatures of 12-14 degrees celsius.

The forecast from Met Éireann is: "Sunny in most of the west and north today with just isolated showers, but cloudy in the east and southeast with ongoing showers until late afternoon. Cool, with maximum temperatures of 12 to 14 Celsius, in moderate northerly breezes."
