Five-in-a-row chasing Kilcoo will face Burren in a mouth-watering Down SFC semi-final following their respective quarter-final wins over St. Peter's and Mayobridge last night.

After a shaky start to the championship, Kilcoo have recovered well to figure once again at the business end. Two goals from Cillian Lavery and one from Darragh O'Hanlon helped them to a 2-13 to 0-10 victory over their Warrenpoint opponents at Pairc Esler.

Frank Dawson's Burren side recorded a comfortable 3-15 to 1-11 win over local rivals Mayobridge. A goal from county star Kevin McKernan gave the winners a 1-8 to 0-8 lead at the break before Shay McArdle added two more in the second half.

Bryansford and Clonduff will contest the other last-four tie.
