Fifty GAA people from clubs in Derry city will travel to Shanghai at the start of November to take part in the 2016 FEXCO Asian Gaelic Games in memory of local girl Lisa Orsi.

Lisa played for the Singapore Lions in the 2014 AGG and died tragically months later at the age of 22. Now, the Live Life Lisa Orsi Foundation are organising the trip of a lifetime.

"It's a bit mad," says Chairperson Mark O'Doherty, "but the reaction has been amazing. We put the call out to ten clubs in the city and they have all responded positively.

"We want to remember Lisa and we also want to empower GAA clubs in the city and make them stronger."
