Conor Sweeney insists Tipperary will go all out to win Sunday's All-Ireland SFC quarter-final against Galway.

It's the Premier County's first-ever appearance in the last eight but Sweeney - match-winner against Derry last weekend - says Liam Kearns' men can go even further:

"It's the first time ever we've reached an All-Ireland quarter-final and it's great, but we're not just there to make up the numbers either. We'll go and compete as best we can and hopefully we can do ourselves justice," the Ballyporeen clubman told The Irish News.

"We've played them twice over the last two or three years and we've lost to them twice, but we'd be fairly familiar with them. We're looking forward to it. We don't have much of a turnaround, but we'll be ready."
