The story of Donegal's 2012 All-Ireland could be set for the big screen as reports have emerged today of a movie about former manager Jim McGuinness being in the works.

The Sunday World reports today McGuinness' award winning memoir 'Until Victory Always' is to be adapted into a drama, with Oscar nominee Kristen Sheridan believed to be working on the screenplay.

The Naomh Conaill clubman, who is currently a reserve team coach with Celtic FC, led Donegal to their second ever All-Ireland SFC triumph four years ago before stepping down as manager in 2014.

The story is set to look at his tales of glory on the field while also reflecting on past tragedies, having lost two of his brothers.

It should be intriguing to see who'll be cast to play the man himself come production time!
