Podge Collins is facing a hectic weekend after being named in the Clare hurling and football teams to face Limerick and Laois respectively.

The Cratloe dual star will start at centre forward for the hurlers in Thurles tomorrow before lining out at corner forward for the footballers against Laois in Ennis on Sunday.

Collins' father and Clare football manager Colm has kept faith with the same XV that lost the Munster SFC semi-final to Kerry for the All-Ireland SFC Round 2 qualifier against the O'Moore County, with Dean Ryan having recovered from injury to take his place at corner back.

Clare (SF v Laois): Joe Hayes: Dean Ryan, Kevin Harnett, Martin McMahon; Cian O'Dea, Gordon Kelly, Sean Collins; Gary Brennan, Cathal O'Connor; Jamie Malone , Keelan Sexton, Shane McGrath; Eoin Cleary, David Tubridy, Podge Collins.
