Waterford have six representatives on our latest hurling team of the week following their eye-catching performance against Clare yesterday...

1. Stephen O'Keeffe (Waterford)

The game was only two minutes old when the Deise netminder made a crucial save to deny David Reidy a goal for the Banner.

2. Oisin O'Brien (Clare)

Despite suffering a punctured lung last month, O'Brien was one of the losing outfit's best performers.

3. John Hanbury (Galway)

It was a routine day at the office for Hanbury and his Galway colleagues who came away from Mullingar with a 17-point victory under their belts.

4. Cahir Healy (Laois)

Held Shane Dooley scoreless from general play but that wasn't sufficient to prevent the O'Moore County from slipping to an 11-point loss.

5. Darragh Fives (Waterford)

With considerable assistance from Philip Mahony, Fives successfully managed to curb Tony Kelly's influence.

6. Tadhg de Búrca (Waterford)

Plays the sweeper role with a maturity that belies his tender years and his shrewd positioning helped to limit Clare to 12 points from play.

7. Sean Gardiner (Offaly)

Offaly have got the shock round robin defeat to Westmeath out of their system and it's Galway next up for Gardiner & Co in the Leinster semi-final.

8. Kevin Moran (Waterford)

A brilliant display from the Deise captain who reveled in the physical exchanges around the middle third of the field and also sent over three points.

9. Sean Ryan (Offaly)

Midfielder Ryan was one of 11 Offaly players who got on the scoresheet in their impressive victory over Laois.

10. Shane Kinsella (Offaly)

The half-forward got through an enormous amount of work for the Eamonn Kelly managed side and raised three white flags in the process.

11. Joe Canning (Galway)

Was forced off the field early in the second-half following an off-the-ball incident which earned Westmeath's Shane Power a red card but the Portumna ace had eight points to his name by that stage.

12. Niall O'Brien (Westmeath)

Raised 12 white flags against the Tribesmen (eight frees) but was always fighting a losing battle.

13. Maurice Shanahan (Waterford)

Put Derek McGrath's side on the front foot with his fourth minute goal and added a further two points to their final tally.

14. Austin Gleeson (Waterford)

The Mount Sion prodigy delivered a top notch performance, shooting six points, and his movement caused consternation in the Clare defence.

15. Charles Dwyer (Laois)

Like Healy in defence, Dwyer can't be faulted for effort against Offaly and he found the target with five points from play.
