Tomás Ó Sé stands to collect a few quid if Mayo end their long wait for the Sam Maguire this September - but he's not counting his winnings just yet.
Speaking to The Irish Daily Star ahead of Mayo's trip to London this Sunday, the Kerry great revealed: "Would you believe, I backed Mayo the day the management changed.
"But I haven't seen anything out of them, You only have to be going well in August.
"We'll have an awful bit of hide-and-seek up to August. Mayo, I think they're capable of it, yeah."
He added: "I think Mayo's difficulty is definitely up there (motions to his head).
"I saw them play against Cork.
"One thing that struck me during the warm-up was their senior players were messing and joking, and they needed a win.
"They actually got tarred down there and I just came away from it thinking these are fellas that need to be stamping their authority."
