Armagh goalkeeper Paddy Morrison will be fit to make his championship debut against Cavan on Sunday week.

The Armagh Harps clubman became first choice Orchard County custodian following Armagh's heavy league defeat to none other than Cavan in March, during which Matthew McNeice conceded three goals.

Morrison wore the No.1 jersey for the remainder of the league, and featured in the games against Galway, Tyrone and Derry as Kieran McGeeney's charges closed out their ill-fated Division Two programme with two draws and a victory.

He sustained a back injury in training last month but The Irish News reports that he'll be good to go on May 29th.
