Leitrim captain Gary Reynolds has completed a transfer from his home club Carrigallen to Dublin side St Oliver Plunkett's Eoghan Ruadh.

The news will come as a massive blow to his native club as they bid to make a swift return to the senior ranks having been relegated this year.

Reynolds will link up with the likes of the Brogan brothers Alan and Bernard, while Armagh's Ciaran McKeever and Fermanagh's Tomas Corrigan are also at the Navan road club.

The Leitrim captain is not the only Leitrim player plying his trade with a club in the capital as Fergal Clancy is now with Ballyboden St Enda's and Emlyn Mulligan lines out for St Brigid's.
