Brendan O'Connell, Jamie O'Sullivan, Bart Daly and Luke Connolly drop out along with Andrew O'Sullivan and Peter Kelleher.
Andrew O'Sullivan and Kelleher shared three goals between them in last Thursday's 3-19 to 1-5 rout of Waterford.
