Dinny Cahill's addition to TJ Ryan's Limerick hurling backroom team is expected to be rubber-stamped at tomorrow night's County Board meeting while the footballers also have a new coach.

Treaty football boss John Brudair is to continue for another two years and the Limerick Leader reports that he has recruited Listown native Jerome Stack who worked with Laois for the past two years.

The former Kerry U-21 coach has been involved with Dromcollogher-Broadford in the past and also represented Adare as a player in the Limerick SFC.

He joins Brudair and out-going selectors Mike Fahy and Declan Brouder. One other selector, "from the South, East or City if possible", is to be added.

Meanwhile, Tipperary native Cahill will link up with Ryan, selector Don Flynn and Strength and Conditioning coach Joe O'Connor with the hurlers.

Leo O'Connor will take charge of the Limerick intermediate team while Jerry O'Sullivan will continue as minor football manager.
