Dinny Cahill will coach the Limerick hurlers next year.
Limerick's Live 95FM is reporting that the former Antrim and Laois manager will take over the role from Paul Beary. The Tipperary native, who has also been involved with club sides Portumna (Galway), St. Rynagh's (Offaly), Graigue-Ballycallan (Kilkenny) and Doon (Limerick), joins Clare's 2013 All-Ireland winning strength and conditioning coach Joe O'Connor in TJ Ryan's new management set-up.
Cahill's appointment is set to go before a full county board meeting next Tuesday for ratification.
