Team news: McDonald rewarded with Carlow start

Carlow manager Johnny Nevin has rewarded Kevin McDonald for his 0-7 haul against Laois with a starting place in tonight's Leinster U21HC semi-final versus Kilkenny at Netwatch Cullen Park.

In the only change from the last day, McDonald is drafted into the full forward line ahead of Ayrton Gleeson.

McDonald helped the Barrowsiders turn a four-point half-time deficit into a two-point victory (2-15 to 4-7) over the the O'Moore County when introduced as a substitute at the interval.
