Yvonne McMonagle bagged half a dozen goals in the rout, five of which came in a first half that ended with Donegal perched on a 7-17 to 0-3 lead.
Donegal's semi-final opponents will be Tyrone, who beat Cavan 1-12 to 0-14 after extra-time in yesterday's opening game at Brewster Park. Holders Armagh will face Monaghan in the other semi-final.
