Westmeath manager Tom Cribbin will hand first championship starts to four players against Louth on Sunday.
Making their Leinster SFC bows in Drogheda will be corner back Killian Daly (Mullingar Shamrocks), wing back Paddy Holloway (Castledaly), wing forward John Stapleton (Athlone) and Shane Dempsey (St. Loman's).
Kieran Martin reverts from attack to centre back, while James Dolan returns at wing back after missing most of the ill-fated Allianz League campaign through injury. Team captain Ger Egan and Darragh Daly form a new-look midfield partnership, while former skipper Paul Sharry also returns to the side at wing forward after a recent layoff.
Denis Glennon, who fractured his hand in training last month, isn't deemed fit enough to start, while Athlone's John Egan is unlucky not to be included.
Westmeath (SF v Louth): Darren Quinn; John Gilligan, Kevin Maguire, Killian Daly; Paddy Holloway, Kieran Martin, James Dolan; Darragh Daly, Ger Egan; Paul Sharry, Ray Connellan, John Stapleton; Callum McCormack, John Heslin, Shane Dempsey.
