Cork defender Conor Dorman has no regrets about choosing Gaelic football over other sports.

The Bishopstown clubman played soccer with Wilton United and also dabbled in rugby and hurling before deciding to concentrate on football.

"I miss playing soccer, I played rugby, I played most sports, I played hurling, albeit it fairly poorly. They all help," the wing back said ahead of today's Allianz League final against Dublin.

"There was never any pressure on me. My dad was involved with Wilton in the soccer, but football always came easiest to me, I preferred it.

"As soon as I started getting involved with the Cork minors, I loved the set-up. I loved the set-up, I loved the professionalism. I decided, 'Yeah, this is the one for me, the one I'll play."
