Stephen McDonnell, Mark Ellis and Alan Cadogan return to the Cork team for Sunday's NHL semi-final against Dublin at Nowlan Park.
The trio missed the 0-18 to 0-14 quarter-final victory over Wexford due to injury and work commitments but are named ahead of William Kearney, Killian Burke and Anthony Spillane by manager Jimmy Barry-Murphy.
The game comes too soon for Pa Cronin, who has been sidelined for six weeks because of surgery on a finger injury he suffered in training.
