Team news: Menton and Bray recalled by Royals

April 04, 2015

Meath's Stephen Bray

Bryan Menton and Stephen Bray return to the Meath starting 15 for Sunday's eagerly awaited FL Division 2 clash against neighbours Cavan in Pairc Tailteann.

Menton - who scored 1-2 after his half-time introduction last Saturday night against Down - is named at left half-forward in place of Kevin Reilly while Bray takes over in the full-forward position from Shane O'Rourke.

Otherwise it's as you were as Mick O'Dowd's side go in search of two points which could, depending on results elsewhere, secure their promotion to the top flight.

2013 All Star nominee Mickey Newman is kept in reserve once again with Eamon Wallace and Mark O'Sullivan continuing in the corner-forward spots.

Throw-in to the local derby is timed for 3pm.

Meath (FL Division 2 v Cavan) - Paddy O'Rourke; Donnacha Tobin, Conor McGill, James McEntee; Mickey Burke, Donal Keogan, Brian Power; Conor Gillespie, Adam Flanagan; Graham Reilly, Padraic Harnan, Bryan Menton; Eamon Wallace, Stephen Bray, Mark O'Sullivan.
